Arrowtown Athenaeum Hall, right in the centre of town on Buckingham Street, has several options for use. It can be booked in its entirety, or you can hire the auditorium, the supper room or one of two meeting rooms separately. Lake Hayes Pavilion is a short drive from Arrowtown on the south shore of Lake Hayes. It is a popular wedding and function venue with a purpose-built marquee pad. Rates vary according to the time of year. For more information and bookings phone QLDC on 03 450 9109 or make an enquiry online.

Arrowtown Community Rooms are at 12 Centennial Avenue, in the small building beside the tennis courts. Email QLDC for more information.

Arrowtown Community Centre is a brand-new facility that houses the rugby club and the scouts in Jack Reid Park. It has flexible spaces that can be used for meetings, functions and classes. Email QLDC for more information.

St John’s Presbyterian Church Hall is on the corner of Berkshire Street and Durham Street, at the entrance to Arrowtown. With seating for up to 200 people, this hall features high-quality audiovisual equipment, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.
