The  Arrowtown Memorial Pool is in the heart of Arrowtown, next to the fire station in Hertford St. It is owned and run by Queenstown Lakes District Council and is open in summer seven days a week, except for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Thanks to the pool's new LPG boiler the target water temperature is now a toasty warm 28°C. Usually at least two lanes of the main pool are kept available for lap swimming. Other facilities include a toddler pool, a snack shop and a picnic area with tables and chairs.

The pool’s supervision policy requires children under 8 to be actively supervised by a responsible caregiver.
